The Green Mango Hummingbird that you see below... that's me. Just like a part of me, her animal medicine is joy, so many times you find me laughing. Most of the time that's who I am, a joyful soul.

     When the stress gets heavy and all I want to do curl up and forget everything. I try to find the hummingbird voice hiding in my soul.  If I listen real close, her sweet song guides me back to the path.

   If you cage a hummingbird they quickly wither and die. My friends that is the surest way I know for me to lose all the joy in my soul. When I cannot find joy in my life she lifts me up and leads the way.
